The big problem with Danny Orr was that he came with such high expectations given he was fantastic for Cas.

I think he is certainly playing to the strengths of the players rather than asking them to play beyond their / the teams capability. He's utilised skills like Morans short grubbers and seems to have given players greater self cionfidence so Orr is now running the ball as he did for Cas.
