Re: Wasted generation?

<t>Sadly James Coyle suffered a bad knee injury at about 16/17 years of age and missed an entire season due to having a knee reconstruction. I can't remember if it was during or just after a schoolboy / academy tour to Australia (maybe CPW can recall it) It did rob him of pace and as CPW has said pa...

Re: Wasted generation?

<t>IMO Thomas Coyle actually stifled Sam. It was only when Thomas went that Sam started to take hold of games. He always had the ability, but Thomas seemed to boss him. I agree with everything that has been said about Josh Charnley, to me he looks a far better prospect than Ainscough. I'd love Stefa...

Re: Well done Daz Goulding

Goulding was superb yesterday and was certainly in my top 3 Wigan players. Also Mickey Mac and Feka did everything that was asked of them particularly as they have so little game time this season.

Re: Anyone help me settle an arguement? *With a saints fan*

<t>Here's the best put down of all time for him. Just ask him if Saints have ever been in the second division? When he says no, as he almost certainly will, tell him he knows very little of his clubs history and suggest he does some research. That should shut him up for a while. AS CPW says above Sa...

Re: Reserves game Saturday

<t>It was a game that did neither side any good. There is something drastically wrong with the Leeds junior set up and has been for a few years.<br/> <br/> Going to U20 with only three overage players was supposed to make this league better. If today was anything to go by then forget it.<br/> <br/> ...

Re: Feka/McIlorum

<t>It's good to see Mickey Mac back in the squad. However there are a couple of reservations. Firstly his injury record, since he came to Wigan as a 16 year old I don't think he has managed a full season without injury, some of them quote prolonged. Secondly his discipline, particularly off the fiel...

<r><QUOTE author="cpwigan"><s>[quote="cpwigan"]</s>Straw if Roby needed to he could play the 80 as could Diskin. Neither would see a significant decline in form. I am not convinced Piggy could. It seems Madge does not believe he can either with the speed he has rushed Mickey Mac back into the squad....

<r><QUOTE author="cpwigan"><s>[quote="cpwigan"]</s>If they had to Wire could play one hooker, Saints could play one hooker as long as it is not KC, Leeds could, Huddersfield could. We simply do not have that option with Piggy. His game deteriorates unless he gets a break. We have to play 2 hookers i...

Re: forward Planning

<r><QUOTE author="cpwigan"><s>[quote="cpwigan"]</s>I think the issues with Piggy are that he cannot play the full 80 which requires a back up hooker on the bench. In terms of his playing ability. He has been better this season but the contribution you alled to v Cas Straw would apply to every hooker...
