Re: Wane out-thought
<t>After the success of last season, I was a vehement "Wane in" man but that is starting to slide. But I do come at it from a different angle. <br/> Brian Noble won a lot with the Bulls because of a particular squad he had that could play a certain way in a certain era of RL. And it was very effecti...

Re: Is Super League Rigged?
<t>It's not as black and white as it's rigged or not. But as Medlocke said, quiet words behind closed doors might get said. There are two very obvious video ref cals recently against Wigan. Club's try yesterday and a decision made against us by Thaler where he was saying "there's no clear evidence t...

Re: Has Shaun Wane started coaching again??
If winning the SL last year has taught me anything, it's that we should have faith in SW. Yes we were poor today but ye gods, we're top of the league. It's really not that bad.

Re: Defence
To keep the NRL champs to one try speaks volumes about our defence. Brilliant performance from the lads.

Re: Williams to Wire
I really hope this is nonsense. To lose a player of his calibre, at his age, to one of our main rivals would be a disaster for the club. We are a business, yes. But we were a rugby club first.

On Reflection
<t>I write this, slightly fuzzy headed but with a sense of pride and achievement I've not felt for Wigan for a while. A couple of months ago I was seriously considering not renewing my season ticket as I was bored with our brand of rugby and like many others, wanted Wane out. <br/> Well..... What a ...

Re: Truly great effort
<t>I truly believe that Wigan always do put in a "great effort" and their passion has never been in question. What I've always struggled with is the prescribed nature of our RL and the rigidity of our structured play. <br/> Whether SW allowed it or whether the players just made the decision I don't ...
