Re: Home games stay on Fridays
<t>I was one who wanted it to stay at Sunday afternoons, but I'm big enough to admit that the club was right and I was wrong. Gutted - he was a lovely man, a real gent and Wigan through and through. I had no idea he was so ill. Deepest sympathy to his family and all his friends - the team in the Lotto Shop must be gutted too.

Re: East Stand
It's probably the new row of advertising hoardings (or preparations for them) that mean we can't use Row A any more. See the thread from Row A Exile on this for details. Seems to be more to do with advertising than safety, anyway.

It simply cannot be right that a man's sentence is increased for merely excercising his legel right to question the disciplinary's decision.

<t>He's the best coach in Super League, as he has shown in the remarkable turnaround he has achieved just this year, and in my opinion one of the top in the world. I sincerely hope we hang on to him for the duration ofhis current contract. <br/> <br/> It was clear from his first appearance at the Ri...

<t>My take on it is exactly the same as Jinkin' Jimmy's - except I didn't/don't go to Latics simply because I don't enjoy watching soccer so choose not to spend my limited spare time and money on it any more than on Wigan Hockey Club, Wigan Harriers, Orrell RU or Wigan Wasps. Doesn't mean I wish the...
