Re: rubbish
It's a game that previously we may have lost, well done for the win. Thought Connor Farrell looked enterprising, let's not forget we were missing both first choice halves as well.

Re: rubbish
Bowen looks woefully out of sorts. Huge step up needed this half.

Re: James Band
<t>Going against the grain but I thought they were superb. The pa system in the stadium did them no favours but the sound when watched back was no where near as bad as people make out. Tim wandering through the speccies shows the experience of someone who has managed to survive for 30 odd years sing...

<t>From an interview with Tim Booth , <br/> <br/> ...Just don't mention to lead singer Tim Booth the "next Smiths" or, worse still, the "second-rate Smiths" designations that were pinned on the band by the English press.<br/> <br/> "It might be fair to say we influenced them," says the cordial Booth...

Re: Sam on 5 Live
Great half hour on Radio 2 today. Discussion on Morrissey Autobiography. 3 Smiths songs, although cut short and none in my top 3, then an interview with Sam topped off with The Buzzcocks. Almost like I'd written 30 minutes of radio, ( I ignored the Barry Manillow in the middle )

<t>Having been in a boot myself for 2 weeks now, ( broken ankle) there's really not much you can do with the joint. I can't see a week being anywhere near enough to get back to fitness. <br/> I cycle at a reasonably competitive level, ( National TT's) and expect to take a few months to truly get bac...
