Re: Team v Wakey
<t>Ainscough will always score tries for us if he's given half a chance, as we all have seen. I can understand him being "rested" against Celtic last weekend if this was the case, but we need our best players on the pitch against half decent opponents, as Wakefield are this season. As for Pryce he n...

Re: Wigan to sign Gleeson?
Apparently the deal has to be done today to be able to play in the Challenge Cup. Unless we sign Jamie Thackray. Then it doesn't matter when he signs he will still be able to play in every round whenever he signs !!!!

Re: Boots n All
<t>I didnt see boots n all last night but have watched the condensed version on sky anytime today. Bill Arthur and Barry McDermott are on that programme and they showed exactly the same clip and that programme has been on there all week. We all know that the Sky Commentators love it when Wigan get b...

Re: Phil Bentham
<t>The thing is, in football, if a referee is deemed to have had a bad game, he is demoted to a lower league game. Will the same thing happen with Bentham, or will it all just be brushed under the carpet as usual. I will be very surprised if we get to hear about any telling off he gets. Thats if any...

Re: Phil Bentham
<r><br/> <br/> I mentioned in another thread on Saturday about the same linesman after the punch up, tapping one of the Huddersfield players on the back and smiling at him as he returned to his line. I think that was a blatent show of unprofessionalism on his part.<br/> Surely the referee and touch ...

Re: Match Reaction: Wigan 8 Huddersfield 22
<t>Very disappointed with the game last night. Huddersfield came to spoil the game and were allowed to get away with it by the officials. Having said that Wigan were poor at times and shows how bad we are when we couldn't take advantage of them being a man down.<br/> By the way did anyone notice the...

Just like so many other players we have let go over the years, and they always come back to haunt us. Like this Friday night when a few of them return home.

Re: JJB what will it be
<t>I used to work in Wigan with a lot of Wigan Athletic fans, and hardly any of them had a good word for him. He's so up himself it's unbelievable. Always spouting his mouth off about what he's done for the club. I cant see us getting "evicted" from the stadium. Surely we bring in a large chunk of r...

Re: JJB what will it be
Before the Latics v Hull game on Sunday, Whelan was on Sky Sports and the interviewer mentioned that a deal was about to go through that the stadium was to be renamed The DW Stadium. Unconfirmed reports, he said.
