Re: World Cup - which player would you take?
Kieron Foran for me, tough as old boots and quick. He would be ideally suited to SL, similar to Tommy.

Re: John Bateman?
Bateman is potentially a high class player but will he fulfill it? Time will tell.

Re: Australia v England
We did not disgrace ourselves by holding them to an eight points difference but once again our half backs and centres were ineffective. The most worrying aspect for me is the Aussies are slow starters and will improve a lot.Widdop must play and I hope Lockers is fit soon.

Re: Ferres Selection Puzzle
This is just another instance that proves SM does not have a clue what he is doing.I really dont think we will reach the final and at least that should be the end of the road for him.

Re: Hocky
Of course the RFL are incompetent, and of course Mcnamara is a poor coach, but how anyone can blame them for Hocks latest foul up is unbelievable, he is a complete moron with a list of indiscretions to put it mildly and deserves everything he gets.

Re: Missing posters!!
I Will admit that I did not think we had a chance of winning the GF. I have been critical of SW but he has delivered the goods.I have also been critical of Green and he was superb on Saturday but I think he owed us that as he been under par for most of the season.

I agree that Richards is better on the wing, but i would prefer to see him play centre if it means leaving out DV who is totally useless
